Return and Remake Policy

Crowned Legacy Suits delivers custom garments built to precise standards. Because each garment is made specifically for the client, returns are not accepted.

Fit Review Period

Clients must report any fit concerns within seven (7) days of receiving their garment. Failure to notify Crowned Legacy within this period constitutes acceptance of the garment as delivered.

Eligible Fit Issues

A remake or adjustment may be offered if:

• The garment materially deviates from the agreed upon measurements
  
• A verified construction defect is present
  

Non-Eligible Issues

The following do not qualify for return or remake:

• Weight gain or loss after measurements are taken
  
• Changes in personal style preference
  
• Desire for a different fit or silhouette after delivery
  
• Normal wear and tear
  

Alterations vs Remakes

Minor refinements may be resolved through alterations when appropriate. Full remakes are issued solely at Crowned Legacy’s discretion following professional evaluation.
