What happens if it is not right.
You schedule a return visit. Sam assesses the fit in person, in your home or office, the same way the garment was measured in the first place. Adjustments are made on the spot where possible, or scheduled at the next visit that works for both calendars when the work has to go back to the bench. This repeats until the fit is exactly right. There is no limit on visits and no surcharge at any point. Corrections are included in what you already invested.

When your body changes.
A change in your body is not a failure of fit. If your build changes over time, that garment is covered by the Discipline Dividend, one complimentary remake per suit, no expiry. The Perfect Fit Guarantee covers the garment as it was built for the man you are today. The Discipline Dividend covers the man you are becoming.

- What does the Perfect Fit Guarantee cover?
- It covers the fit of every garment Sam builds. If a suit, shirt, or trouser does not fit correctly on delivery, Sam returns and corrects it at no charge. There is no limit on return visits and no expiry on the promise. It covers measurement and construction, the two things within Sam's control.
- Is there a charge for alterations or return visits?
- No. Corrections under the Perfect Fit Guarantee are included in your original investment. There are no surcharges and no visit fees. Sam travels to you for the refit the same way he did for the original fitting.
- How quickly are adjustments made?
- Minor adjustments are often made on the spot during the return visit. When work has to go back to the bench, Sam completes it as promptly as the schedule allows and returns to deliver it in person. Because Crowned Legacy serves Sacramento and the Bay Area, timing depends on travel, but the fit is never left unfinished.
- What if my body changes after I buy the suit?
- A body change is handled separately, through the Discipline Dividend, which includes one complimentary remake per garment with no expiry. The Perfect Fit Guarantee is for getting the original garment right. The Discipline Dividend is for rewarding the change your discipline earns.
