The standard onboarding for a new client is a $50 refundable deposit to secure a fitting slot. The deposit covers a complimentary dress shirt at delivery. For fellow chamber members, the deposit is waived. No charge to book. No card on file. Show up to the fitting, decide if a commission makes sense, walk away if it does not.

Built to your measurements, finished by hand, delivered to your door. No retail showroom, no warehouse middlemen, no surprise upcharges.
Most commissions land between $2,200 and $2,800.
The full range is $1,800 to $3,500 depending on cloth and construction. The price covers the suit, all fittings, all alterations during the Perfect Fit Guarantee window, and the actual time I spend with you across the commission.
Pricing is transparent at the consultation. No haggling, no upsells you did not ask for, no surprise fabric charges. If the cloth you love is $400 above the base price, you know that before you commit. If the cloth you love is at the base price, you save that $400.

No showroom. No commute. Evenings and weekends across Sacramento and the Bay Area. Most chamber members in the Sacramento metro fall within my regular Tuesday through Thursday route; Bay Area members typically slot into Friday or weekend.

You choose every detail
Cloth, lining, lapel shape, lapel width, button stance, vent configuration, pocket style, monogram, and a few hundred more decisions. Every choice is guided. The whole conversation takes about 45 minutes.

Delivered, fitted, guaranteed
Built to your measurements. Ready in 4 to 8 weeks. I return for the delivery fitting in person. If anything feels off, I take the suit, adjust it, and bring it back. No charge. No questions.

- How does this work if I run a small business and only need one or two suits a year?
- Most chamber members commission one or two suits a year, often around a specific event or season. The cadence works. You can buy one suit this quarter, see how it fits your wardrobe rotation, then commission another when the next milestone comes up. The Perfect Fit Guarantee extends 12 months from delivery, so a single commission is a year long relationship by default.
- Where in the Sacramento region do you actually do fittings?
- Sacramento proper, Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Davis, and Elk Grove are on my regular Tuesday through Thursday rotation. Outside the immediate Sacramento metro, I cover Walnut Creek, Mill Valley, Palo Alto, Atherton, and San Jose on a separate Bay Area route. Wine country and the Sierra foothills are available with a small travel adjustment.
- What if I have not commissioned a custom suit before? Will I know what to ask for?
- The 45 minute consultation is the structure for someone who has never done this before. I walk you through the decisions in plain language. You do not need to know what a Super 130s wool is or what a peak lapel is. You will know what you want by the end. If you do not, you do not commission. There is no pressure to decide in the room.
- Can I commission for my whole sales team or staff, not just me?
- Yes. The Crowned Circle program at crownedlegacysuits.com/the-crowned-circle is the recognition program for sales organizations. Companies fund a commission allocation, top performers earn a bespoke suit. Pricing is per recipient at $2,500 to $5,000 depending on tier. Worth a separate conversation if your business has a quota carrying sales team.
- How quickly can you fit me before my next chamber event?
- Fittings can usually be scheduled within 7 to 14 days of first contact. The bottleneck is calendar availability, not workshop capacity. If you have a specific event on the calendar that you want a suit for, tell me the date at the consultation and we will work backward to confirm a 4 to 8 week delivery makes sense.
- Is there a tailor near you in Roseville, Folsom, Granite Bay, or El Dorado Hills?
- Yes. My mobile concierge route covers the Sacramento Metro Chamber's full service area, including Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Davis, Elk Grove, Sacramento proper, and the surrounding Placer and El Dorado County communities. Fittings happen at your office or home. There is no driving to a showroom, because there is no showroom.
