- How does the company pay for this?
- One invoice for the full block of credits, paid at the start of the program. No per rep billing, no reconciliation across the team, no expense reports. Your finance team processes one purchase order and you have a turnkey recognition program.
- What is the minimum cohort size?
- Five credits minimum. Most pilot programs run between ten and twenty credits. Block pricing is set at five, ten, or twenty credits per purchase. Companies running larger cohorts beyond twenty are quoted separately.
- Where in Sacramento and the Bay Area do mobile fittings happen?
- Wherever your reps are. Office addresses, home addresses, or hotels for reps traveling into the region. Sam covers Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom, Granite Bay, El Dorado Hills, Davis, Elk Grove, San Francisco, Palo Alto, San Jose, Walnut Creek, Mill Valley, Atherton, and the broader Sacramento metro and Bay Area territory. For reps based outside the region whose travel calendar brings them through, a hotel fitting during a working trip is often the most efficient path.
- How does this work for distributed teams whose reps are spread across the region?
- Mobile by design. Each recipient receives a private booking link that lets them schedule their fitting on their own calendar, at the address that works for them. Reps in Sacramento book a fitting in Sacramento. Reps in San Jose book in San Jose. Reps traveling to the Bay Area for a quarterly business review book at the hotel. The program does not assume your team works from one office; the fittings adapt to your team's calendar, not the other way around.
- What's included in the per recipient price, and can we standardize fabrics across the cohort?
- The tier price covers the full bespoke commission. Cloth, pattern draft, 28 to 32 measurements, the fitting cycle, and Perfect Fit Guarantee alterations are all included. The tier determines the cloth library available to the recipient; within that library, the recipient chooses. Companies running corporate guidelines can specify a register (for example, keep cloth navy or charcoal, no pattern) and reps choose within those rails. Most companies prefer to let each recipient personalize, which deepens the sense of ownership of the reward.
- What does delivery look like, and can it tie into a President's Club event?
- 4 to 8 weeks from the mobile fitting. Each rep receives their suit with care instructions, twelve months of alterations under the Perfect Fit Guarantee, and optional photo documentation. If your President's Club lands within the build window, delivery can be timed so each recipient receives their suit at the event itself; the company moment becomes the reveal. Cohorts running outside that timing receive delivery individually at home or office.
