Crowned Legacy
The Crowned Circle

The incentive your top reps will still be wearing in 2030.

A bespoke suit recognition program for sales organizations. Companies purchase credits. Top performers commission their own suit with Sam Cole. Mobile fittings across Sacramento and the Bay Area. 4 to 8 weeks to delivery. Perfect Fit Guarantee.

The Crowned Circle is a recognition program for sales organizations. Companies purchase blocks of bespoke suit credits. Top performers earn them at President's Club, Quota Club, or annual sales kickoffs and commission their own suit with Sam Cole. Mobile fittings across Sacramento and the Bay Area. 4 to 8 weeks to delivery. Perfect Fit Guarantee for the life of the garment.
How it works

One program. Four steps. Zero logistics on your team.

  1. Step 01

    Your company purchases credits.

Buy a block of Crowned Circle credits aligned to your incentive tiers. One check, one program, no per rep billing, no expense reports. Your finance team processes a single purchase order and you have a turnkey recognition program.

  2. Step 02

    Your top performers earn them.

Distribute credits at your President's Club, Quota Club, or annual sales kickoff. Each recipient receives a printed certificate and a private booking link directly to Sam.

  3. Step 03

    They book a mobile fitting.

Sam comes to them. Office, home, or hotel during a working trip. Sixty minutes. Cloth selection, 28 to 32 measurements, and a working style consultation with the founder.

  4. Step 04

Their suit arrives in 4 to 8 weeks.

Fully bespoke. Hand finished. Built from the mills that supply Savile Row. Delivered with care instructions and twelve months of complimentary alterations under the Perfect Fit Guarantee.

Founding partner advantage

Be one of the first three.

The first three companies to launch a Crowned Circle program in 2026 receive an additional founding partner benefit. A complimentary on site fitting event at your headquarters. The full mobile workshop visits your office for a half day; your cohort rotates through private fittings, thirty minutes each; your President's Club becomes an event your reps tell colleagues about for years after.

No additional cost. Limited to the first three programs of 2026.

Why a bespoke suit

Gift cards get spent. Trips get forgotten.

Every sales organization invests in recognition. Most of it is forgotten inside a quarter. The two thousand dollar gift card disappears into groceries. The Cancun trip fades into a photo album nobody opens. The Rolex sits in a drawer after six months.

A bespoke suit is different. It shows up in every client meeting. Every board presentation. Every moment that matters, for the next five to ten years. And every time your rep puts it on, he remembers who gave it to him. The cloth library that drives these commissions is the same library that supplies senior executive wardrobes; the Ermenegildo Zegna mill sits at the centre of the President's tier.

"Every recognition program is competing with attention that has been stretched thin. A trip, a gift card, a watch all earn one moment and then sit. A bespoke suit earns the moment it is given and then earns it again every Tuesday morning for a decade. That second curve is what we are actually selling."
Sam Cole, Founder

The Crowned Circle is built for organizations that want their recognition to last longer than the afterparty.

Who it's for

Sales leaders building recognition that lasts.

VPs of sales at companies with twenty or more reps carrying quota. Chief Revenue Officers preparing for a President's Club year. Founder CEOs at growth stage companies where the field sales team is building toward a Series B or a public moment. Heads of channel and partnerships running cohorts where consistent wardrobe matters across the team.

The Crowned Circle is the right fit for organizations whose top performers are already client facing, already on stage at industry events, already photographed at the company kickoff. The suit they earn becomes part of how that company shows up in the field.

This is the program for whole teams. Individual senior leaders commissioning their own wardrobe work through executive wardrobe planning. Individual sales professionals commissioning their own rotation work through the sales wardrobe. The Crowned Circle is the one of the three where the company is the buyer.

Frequently asked

The questions most leaders ask first.

How does the company pay for this?
One invoice for the full block of credits, paid at the start of the program. No per rep billing, no reconciliation across the team, no expense reports. Your finance team processes one purchase order and you have a turnkey recognition program.
What is the minimum cohort size?
Five credits minimum. Most pilot programs run between ten and twenty credits. Block pricing is set at five, ten, or twenty credits per purchase. Companies running larger cohorts beyond twenty are quoted separately.
Where in Sacramento and the Bay Area do mobile fittings happen?
Wherever your reps are. Office addresses, home addresses, or hotels for reps traveling into the region. Sam covers Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom, Granite Bay, El Dorado Hills, Davis, Elk Grove, San Francisco, Palo Alto, San Jose, Walnut Creek, Mill Valley, Atherton, and the broader Sacramento metro and Bay Area territory. For reps based outside the region whose travel calendar brings them through, a hotel fitting during a working trip is often the most efficient path.
How does this work for distributed teams whose reps are spread across the region?
Mobile by design. Each recipient receives a private booking link that lets them schedule their fitting on their own calendar, at the address that works for them. Reps in Sacramento book a fitting in Sacramento. Reps in San Jose book in San Jose. Reps traveling to the Bay Area for a quarterly business review book at the hotel. The program does not assume your team works from one office; the fittings adapt to your team's calendar, not the other way around.
What's included in the per recipient price, and can we standardize fabrics across the cohort?
The tier price covers the full bespoke commission. Cloth, pattern draft, 28 to 32 measurements, the fitting cycle, and Perfect Fit Guarantee alterations are all included. The tier determines the cloth library available to the recipient; within that library, the recipient chooses. Companies running corporate guidelines can specify a register (for example, keep cloth navy or charcoal, no pattern) and reps choose within those rails. Most companies prefer to let each recipient personalize, which deepens the sense of ownership of the reward.
What does delivery look like, and can it tie into a President's Club event?
4 to 8 weeks from the mobile fitting. Each rep receives their suit with care instructions, twelve months of alterations under the Perfect Fit Guarantee, and optional photo documentation. If your President's Club lands within the build window, delivery can be timed so each recipient receives their suit at the event itself; the company moment becomes the reveal. Cohorts running outside that timing receive delivery individually at home or office.
