Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all purchases, services, and interactions with Crowned Legacy Suits ("Crowned Legacy," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing from or engaging with Crowned Legacy Suits, you agree to the following terms.

Nature of custom garments

All Crowned Legacy garments are custom made or made to measure products created specifically for the client based on selected fabrics, measurements, and design choices. Due to the personalized nature of these garments, all sales are final and non refundable, except as expressly outlined in our Return and Remake Policy.

Consultations and measurements

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during consultations and measurement appointments. Measurements may be taken in person, guided remotely, or submitted by the client. Crowned Legacy Suits is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from posture changes, weight fluctuation, or client provided measurements.

Payments and production

Payment terms, deposits, and installment arrangements (if offered) are disclosed prior to order confirmation. Production does not begin until required payments are received. Failure to complete payment obligations may result in delayed delivery or cancellation without refund.

Intellectual property

All branding, designs, photography, copy, and materials produced by Crowned Legacy Suits are the intellectual property of Crowned Legacy and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

Limitation of liability

Crowned Legacy Suits shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the garment or service in question.

SMS communications

About the program

Crowned Legacy Suits & Tuxedos operates an opt-in SMS messaging program for clients who book consultations, commission garments, or otherwise engage with our services. The program sends two categories of messages: (1) non-marketing messages including appointment confirmations, fitting reminders typically 24 hours before scheduled consultations, and post-consultation follow-ups; and (2) marketing messages including occasional updates about new mill releases, Crowned Circle program invitations, and editorial content. Each category requires separate, explicit opt-in consent collected via independent checkboxes on our booking forms. How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 916-520-4106. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Message frequency and rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you (Msg & data rates may apply). Message frequency varies based on your consultation activity and marketing preferences. Typical clients receive 1 to 4 messages per month during active fitting cycles, and zero messages outside of active periods. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age restriction

The Crowned Legacy SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in to SMS messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect SMS opt-in consent from individuals under 18.

Privacy

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
