Crowned Legacy SMS messaging program

How we use text messages, what to expect, and how to opt out at any time.

Program name and operator

The Crowned Legacy SMS program is operated by Crowned Legacy Suits & Tuxedos, located at 405 Hendry Circle, Rocklin, CA 95765. Sam Cole is the responsible operator. Questions can be directed to sam@crownedlegacysuits.com or 916-520-4106.

What you receive

Once you opt in, you may receive text messages including appointment confirmations, fitting reminders typically 24 hours in advance, post-consultation follow-ups, and occasional updates about your commission progress. Message content is operational and client-specific.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your commission activity. A typical client receives 1 to 4 messages per month during an active fitting cycle, and zero messages outside of active periods. We do not send promotional broadcasts to the SMS list.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan. Crowned Legacy does not charge any additional fee for receiving SMS messages from us, but standard carrier rates from your mobile provider may apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. You can re-subscribe at any time by replying START or by re-completing the SMS opt-in checkbox on any Crowned Legacy booking form.

Consent is optional

SMS opt-in is entirely optional. You can book a consultation, complete any form on crownedlegacysuits.com, and receive full service from Crowned Legacy without consenting to SMS messages. Email confirmations and reminders are sent to every client by default. SMS is an additional channel available only with explicit opt-in.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS preferences are stored according to the Crowned Legacy Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Phone numbers are used solely for the operational SMS communications described above.

Carrier disclosure

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Crowned Legacy is not responsible for delivery failures caused by carrier network issues, device settings, or signal availability.

Changes to this program

Crowned Legacy may update this SMS program from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to opted-in subscribers via SMS before taking effect. The current version of these terms is always available at crownedlegacysuits.com/policies/sms-terms.
